MY DREAM

Last night
I had a dream
Sweet dream
So beautiful
All I needed
I saw in my dream
All I wanted
Was in my dream
I had no choice
Than to wake
But,
It was something
Wonderful!
Lord,
Let my dream
Comes true

SEASON'S GREETINGS

To my friends and families...

It is the season of love, joy, peace and happiness. The season of sharing, caring, and celebration. The season of togetherness.
Don't forget to reach out to your loved ones especially those that were there when you needed  them the most.
I want to say a very big 'THANK YOU' to you all for being there.
I love you all!

BETRAYAL

(I was in the kitchen with my mother preparing what to eat for the night when she calls)
'Joy are you there' (she calls from outside
'Who is there?' (Mum asked)
'It's Jane ma' ( she responded)
'Oh! How are you?' (My mum asked)
'I am fine' (she answered)
'Jane hope all is well o what is the matter?' (I asked her)
'Please I need to check your English note, I have been trying to do the assignment but couldn't get it.'
'Joy, follow her to her place and put her through. I saw you doing your own few hours ago' (My mum said)
'Thank you ma' (Jane bends to appreciate)
'Yes mum' (I washed my hand and follow her to their house. Jane lives next door. They are our neighbor so I visit them often we are so close that I sleep at their place at times she will come to my place to see me too It has always been like that)

James is in the corridor with their father he smiled at me when he saw us coming)
'Good evening sir' (I greeted Mr Joe)
'Welcome my dear' (Mr Joe raised his head from the news paper he was reading)
James waved at me still smiling. I smiled back. Jane looks at both of us and shakes her head)

(Jane's room is like my room painted pink, the wardrobe facing the bed with pink plastic table and chair beside it. There are books on the table. The rug is red and the cuttons are pink. The room is beautiful.
She brought the note out and we did justice to the assignment.)

(We were at school this faithful day when John came to me I was shocked because I wasn't expecting that. For John to talk to me, I must be lucky. (John is the captain in the class he plays basket ball and he is good at it. He leads in the class, he is brilliant, he is from a weathy family and his father is one of the ministers. Johnson. Everybody respects him in the school including the teachers, he comes with different cars as the driver will always open the door for him to come out from the car. If you see him you will know they are filthy rich his shoes and school bags are unique. He changes them often)
'Hi girl how are you' (he said)
'I am fine. How are you too' (looking down)
'Oh well I am fine' ( he looks at me directly and noticed my face was glued to nothing on the floor. He touched my jaw to raise my face)
'Look here lady. What is wrong with you? Are you shy talking to me (he said)
(I covered my face and ran off. I almost knock Joy down she was surprised as well. She saw John raising my face. She followed me. While I was still running James blocked me to stop me from running...

ALONE

I am alone
No one to call my own
I am alone
No one to make me whole

MIND WHAT YOU SAY

I asked
But you don't know
How much pain
It caused

Your words
Like thorns
Hurts me

I heard it
It troubled my mind
You stood here
Right before me

Your words
Like thorns
Hurts me

You were here
But your words
Traveled far
Than you thought

Your words
Like thorns
Hurts me

Be careful
What you say to me
Cos it could ruin us...

VALUE ME

Today you see me as nobody
Someday I will be somebody

You never realised it's the same me
But when you do
It would be too late

You looked at me so little
Not even a chance to settle

Now that I'm bigger
You want to be part of it
Don't even dare to...

HE IS GOD

It doesn't matter what you seeTrust in Him
It doesn't matter what you go through
Rely on Him
It doesn't matter where you are
Wait for Him
It doesn't matter what you do
Follow Him

Run to Him

He will bless you, favor you and keep you safe.

❤️ LOVE AND PAIN 💔 (Fiction)

Jane looks at her Tommy. It's coming out gradually. It's 3 months already. The drugs are not working as expected and are about to finish. There are 'warning signals' in her body system. She insists on taking the drugs not minding the effects. 'This one will be the 3rd time. How could it happen to me so often? Due to my carelessness' She thought. Still lost in her thought she drops the cup on the table and sits on the chair next to the table. The lady who has been watching her in a corner since she entered the room without her noticing after knocking and no response.
'Jane?!'
Shocked as she comes out of her thought. She adjusts herself 'Kate?' She pause 'Hmm... This must be my mentor, the person I call on phone often, the one I will sit in front for counseling. I am still planning to meet her next week.' She said to herself. Seeing her surprises her. She stood to welcome her.
'Hello Kate' She said 'You are welcome'
'Hi Jane. Worried?' 'Kate replied
'Probably you saw me dropped my glass of water just now' Jane said
'Yes.  I guess but not certain enough...' Kate answered but Jane cuts in 'I have been tired lately. I only took the pills to make me feel better
'Hmm... Okay' 'Kate said but not convinced
'Why are you not in your office at this time of the day she thought...' Jane tried to question her. ' Please sit. Let's talk. I came to check on you' 'Kate said. 'Thank you' Jane said, relieved that she won't be bothered with questions.
'It's my secretary you spoke with on phone. I decided to come on my own to visit because I am interested in your case. When I saw your file I was a bit confused because of the name and now I know you are the one. My old friend' 'Kate said. 'Hmmm' Jane sighed 'I never knew you were the counselor.' 'I am' Kate said with a smile. 'I took the day off to attend to you' She said. Jane lowered her face as tears rolled down her cheeks, she raised her face and started with the story...

GRIANIE

She looks so bright
Like the morning light
It feels so bad
Everyone is so sad

The widow with her past
Still lives in pain
The shadow can last
For as long as they gain

How do they feel
No one to tell
Only the wise could see
The pain in her heart.

ASK ME

You know my name
But you don't know the meaning
Ask me
You know my face
But not my thoughts
Ask me
You know my ways
But not my views
Ask me
You know my past
But not my future plans
You know my weight
But not my worth
You know my story
But not the experience
How curious are you?
That you want to know me so bad
Is it to rejoice with my success?
Or jealous of my progress?
Stop the research about me
Why not ask me in person
If you really want to know me.

COLD NIGHT

In this cold cold night
In my small small room
I look at the bright bright stars
From my window

In the dark dark sky
I saw your sweet sweet smile
On your cute cute face
My dear love

Your pretty pretty eyes
Blinks really really nice
And I melt melt inside
Always wanting you
